PSI (Pumping Systems Inc.) was founded by Jerry
Pettengill, an irrigation contractor, to serve as a single point of responsibility
for designing and constructing a custom golf irrigation pump system. |

| 1993 |
PSI and Flowtronex merged to form Flowtronex PSI, a $16M
business. As Flowtronex PSI, the company established itself as a pioneer in the golf
irrigation market when they stepped up their product offering to include VFD controls for
their pump systems. They also founded FlowNet, the first world wide service network for
irrigation pumping systems. |

| 1995 |
The Rosewood Equipment Company acquired Flowtronex PSI and
company revenue increases over 50% in 6 years. |

| 2002 |
Growth continued as ITT Industries purchases Flowtronex PSI.
The company opened a new 125,000 ft2 manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX to support
their new businesses in the Municipal and Landscape markets. 2002 revenue - $46.2M. |

| 2007 |
Today, Flowtronex, an ITT Corporation company, has enhanced
it product mix to include and manufacture other ITT products including A-C Fire Pumps,
Water Equipment Technologies reverse osmosis and membrane filtration, Goulds Aquavars and
Aquaforces and more. Flowtronex is the only irrigation pump company that offers the
most complete line of water management products from source to application. |
